Abstract

The accused wanted to make a living through big game hunting. To this end, DISSAKA Daring handed over a war weapon and two full loaders, with which he had killed an elephant in the past, to MIWAYE Nesty, who in turn used them to kill two elephants. Dissaka and Miwaye then contacted rangers AYINA Crepin, MITONGA Gatse, ISSAWA TAZAMO Thierry Stève and BEKOU Rosaire to help them transport the tusks to Pokola, where LONGUELI Cesar was waiting for them to buy the products.
