Abstract
Jean Claude Lofana returned to the Kabo forest from Pokola with 06 double zero cartridges and a Baibal rifle on him. By returning to the hunt the next evening, he manages to kill four monkeys belonging to the species known as Colobe. On his return from the camp, he was apprehended by the eco-guards.

Lofona Jean Claude was sentenced to 2 years firm imprisonment each and XAF 200000 ( two hundred thousand) as fines and to pay as damages and interest XAF 2000000 (two million).
