Abstract

Libiesse Leon is a Congolese individual living in Pokola. On February 23, 2012 he entered the forest with a calibre 12 rifle to do small hunting. While there he killed one chimpanzee on February 25. Back in Pokola, he hid the meat inside a bag in his house. Informed of the situation, the police searched his house in his presence and discovered pieces of chimpanzee meat.
