Abstract
Kangazokou Ulrich was arrested in possession of 51 kg of ivory tusks when he was travelling on the road between Mobongue and Moyoye coming from Liouesso. He obtained some of the tusks from a Cameroonian and a Congolese (DRC), and others in Ibonga from another Congolese (DRC). All these contacts were made by phone and he received money via mobile phone and bank transfers. The last money transfer was made in the first quarter of 2019 by a person known as Ondze Disney.
