Abstract

In September 2012, Mazamba Raoul was contacted by Fernand to hunt elephants. On September 14, 2012 they left Ouesso to the forest each one having his role i.e. Fernand the hunter and Mazamba Raoul the carrier. They killed one elephant who had only one tusk. Fernand transported the tusk while Mazambe transported some pieces of the meat. On their way they were arrested by eco-guards but Fernand escaped.
