In January 2008, Bossoka Emilie Bertille wanted to have ivory juwelery decided to associate herself to Angouele Brice Igor and Onguiembi-Oyoukath Karl Charden and together they fraudulently subtracted 195 (one hundred and ninety five) ivory tusks to the detriment of the Departmental Directorate of Waters and Forest of Sangha which owned it legitimately. Bach Ousmane Bach was guilty of complicity of the offences of theft committed by Angouele Brice Igor, Onguiembi-Oyoukath Karl Charden. Taïron Abdou-Laye, Belo Sahadu, Angoura Evelyne, Nani Herman knowingly concealed 195 ivory tusks that they knew were coming from the various thefts committed by Bossoka Emilie Bertille, Angouele Brice Igor and Onguiembi-Oyoukath Karl Charden.
