Abstract

On December 23, 2003, MBANE Theodore went to the forest with a calibre 12 weapon to practice hunting. He came across an elephant that he shot dead using a specific cartridge for this type of target. He was caught in his camp by wildlife protection agents in possession of a the weapon and three ivory tusks.
