Abstract
In January 2016, Abelam Sinsteche was in possession of one war weapon and ammunition that were given to him by his cousin Ekoueze Venance working at the general directorate of police in Brazzaville who was looking for hunters. Feeling that his house was not safe he decided to keep them safe at Samani Simplice’s house at Djodina who was absent. When Samani realized that the hunting materials were at his house he decided to bring them back to Abelam but was arrested on his way by rangers and brought to the state prosecutor.

Abelam Sinsteche and Samani Simplice were sentenced to one year imprisonment and to pay fines of XAF 100,000 (one hundred) each and to pay court fees. The imprisonment term was suspended. Imprisonment in default of payment was fixed to its minimum. No damage because the State of Congo did not file a civil claim.
