Abstract
In December 2017 at Sembe, Zokaba Francis sent Mboka Fulgence and others in the forest for elephant hunting in the Odzala-Kokoua area. While there, the team sent by Zokaba Francis met with another team led by Poup Jude and both teams carried out the hunting together which was not successful. At the time of their arrest, two war weapons (type PMK) and ammunition were seized. They recognized the facts declaring that the weapons and ammunition were provided by Zokaba Francis.
