Abstract

In July 2019, in a bar Mobonda Saint Docker is approached by one known as Alain who offered to sell him war ammunition meaning PMK loaders. Mobonda first hesitated then finally accepted the day after and purchased three PMK loaders at XAF 30,000 (thirty thousand). On his return back to the village, he came across rangers at Mokeko check point where after search he was found with the three PMK loaders.
