Abstract
In July 2019 at Tala-Tala, Monoumbou Marc Stanislas a hunter went to the forest with Messi Mangolo Idriss and Mekousse Grace as carriers for a hunting expedition. He killed four gazelles and one giant pangolin. Once at village, Monoumbou with the help of the two others removed the scales that he sold to Chegang Nouala for XAF 22,000 (twenty thousand). Feeling he has been fooled during the sharing of the money, Messi Mandolo report the facts to the chief of the village who informed the gendarmerie.

Penalty
Monoumbou Marc Stanislas, Mekousse Grace, Missimangolo Idriss and Chegang Nouala Jacques were sentenced to two years imprisonment and XAF 100,000 (one hundred thousand) as fines each, to pay XAF 400,000 (four hundred thousand) as damages jointly and to pay court fees. The Imprisonment in default of payment was fixed to its minimum.
