Abstract
Before October 2017, Mossendza Jean Pyrouins was providing from Brazzaville war ammunition to one known as Roger for big hunting. However, the umpteenth time, the parcel he had sent was intercepted by the rangers who arrested the driver who was transporting it and carried out investigations with the police which led to the arrest of Mossendza Jean Pyrouins from Brazzaville.
