Abstract

In December 2017, Mpiehoula-Nkouoh Marc was going to Ouesso in a public transport vehicle of the bus company ”Ocean du Nord”. At a place called Mambili, the bus encoutered a ranger patrol and rangers decided to systematically search all the bags including handbags and they found many war ammunitions and cartridges in his bag. He is then arrested and brought to the police station of Mbindjo before been sent to the State prosecutor.
