Abstract

In October and November 2018, Dallo Romain and Ndouma Rolince were reported to have killed three elephants in a village called Seka. In November 2018, Dallo Romain was arrested in possession of a war weapon inside the Odzala-Kokoua national park. During his interrogation, he declared that the weapon belonged to Nouma Rolince. Then it is after been beaten that he revealed that the weapon was used to kill elephants. It is in these conditions that Ndouma Rolince was arrested.
