Abstract
In March 2016, Bozeze Côme and Mounkouele Rock Leonel were planning to carry out big hunting. After a fishing party, they noticed the presence of elephants in the area and turned back to contact Okomba Gilbert who was in possession of war weapons and ammunitions. Bozeze Côme then killed one totally protected animal and Okomba came to cut the animal in pieces.

The Imprisonment in default of payment was fixed to its minimum.
