Abstract
In November 2017, Sipiane Abel resident in Sembe organized one big hunting expedition. With the held of Adama Fridrich they entered in the forest with one war weapon (type PMK) and ammunition. After having killed one elephant, they extracted the ivory and brought it back to the village and sold it at XAF 400,000 to Sangou Zoumki. After having shared the money, all three are arrested and brought to the state prosecutor

Sipiane Abel, Sangou Zoumki, Adama Fridrich were sentenced to five years imprisonment each and XAF 200,000 (two hundred thousand) as fines each and to pay XAF 2,000,000 (two million) as damages and court fees jointly. The Imprisonment in default of payment was fixed to its maximum.
