Abstract
In April 2019 at Souanke, one known as Akandzel commisioned Joel a hunter and Sobo Celestin, Maturin, Eric to kill elephants on his behalf. He gave to Joel one war weapon (type PMK) and three loaders. The poaching team went to the forest Messock-Dja and after few days they killed four elephants.

Sobo Celestin was sentenced to two years imprisonment, XAF 300,000 (three hundred thousand) as fines, XAF 1,000,000 (one million) as damages The accused was condemned to pay court fees. The Imprisonment in default of payment was fixed at its minimum.
