Abstract
During November and December 2015, Ali Shadick went to Lègue for fishing with other persons. After a fruitful fishing, they decided to smoke the fish and Ali Shadick went to the forest to get some wood. It’s there that he found ivory tusks and took it with him for sale. It’s in these conditions that he was arrested and brought before the state prosecutor.
