Abstract
Karr Vincent purchased one hunting weapon during the year 2016 to an unidentified individual who was in financial difficulties with the objective to do poaching. Two years later he was caught by the coordinator of the Tala-Tala anti-poaching and surveillance unit when we wanted to dispose of the weapon. He was auditioned and brought before the state prosecutor.

Penalty
Karr Vincent was sentenced to twelve months imprisonment and to pay fines of XAF 200,000 (two hundred thousand) and to pay court fees. The execution of the imprisonment term was suspended. Imprisonment in default of payment was fixed to four months for the recovery of fines and two months for court fees. No damage because the State of Congo did not file a civil claim.
