Abstract
Since 1996 Mounzombe Jean Pierre was living in a camp near Molanda village. On June 24, 2015, a local person came to him to ask for war ammunition; he then contacted one young man named Jules to go and buy them from uniform officers. The ammunition were to serve for big hunting. On the night of August 08, 2015 ecoguards on patrol arrested Mounzombe Jean Pierre following which they will seize 146 war ammunition that the latter was possessing.
