As per judgement in default no. 124/COR of 31 March 1992 of the Court of First Instance Djoum, the accused ADIBEGNI ASSALA Désirées was found guilty of poaching. He was sentenced to pay 25.000 XAF for fines and 15,000XAF for damages to the Ministry incharge of Tourism. He rightly contested the judgement which was admitted by the Court. With the help of supporting evidence, the accused argued against the facts to which he was accused. The court reviewed the facts of the case and evidence presented and found insufficient evidence to establish the culpability of the accused person. At the end of the proceedings, the matter was adjourned for judgement.
