On the 19 October 2018, during a patrol in the locality of MOLOUNDOU, the accused was found in illegal possession of a locally made gun in a place open to the public and under conditions likely to disturb the peace or to intimidate others. The accused explained that he made this weapon for his defense. During interrogations, he pleaded guilty as charged acknowledged commiting the offences. At the close of interrogations, he was transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
