Abstract

In August 2015, the accused persons DJADAYE Lucie and ETEME ELOUNDOU Celestin were arrested by elements of the conservation service of the South Antenna, Djoum for illegal killing of totally protected and protected animal species during a usual patrol in that zone. At the close of interrogations and after drafting their offence statements, they were both forwarded before the State Attorney of the Court of First Instance Djoum for prosecution.
