The accused ELLE Okono Moise was summoned to respond to charges of poaching protected animal species. That in 1988 in the Djoum locality, the accused was arrested for illegal killing of protected animal species in an area prohibited from poaching without a permit. During interrogation the accused pleaded guilty and acknowedged committing the offences as charged. At the end of interrogations, he was transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
