Abstract

The accused ENADA nee AYERE was summoned by the Court to respond to charges of poaching protected animal species on 22 December 1998 in Mintom. The accused denied the charges against her. But from the examination of the documents in the file, there was sufficient evidence against the accused ENADA nee AYERE to have in Mintom II, arrested in possession of the meat of protected animal species.
