Abstract

Elements of the conservation service of the Lobeke National Park arrested the accused persons KAKOU Marcel and ITEH Ghislain in possession of protected class A, B and C animal parts. During interrogations, they acknowledged committing the offences as charged. At the close of interrogations, they were transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
