Abstract
KPWATONO Michel entered Campo Ma'an national park without authorization with the intention to carry out hunting activities with a with gun. He was then arrested in the locality of Nemeyong (Akom II) by elements of the conservation service of Campo Ma'an national park, without a license or permit to carry out this activity. During interrogations, he acknowledged committing the offence as charged and pleaded guilty. At the close of interrogations, he was transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
