Abstract
The accused LETINA JEAN-PIERRE was arrested flagrante delicto in the locality of Djembe by eco-guards of the Lobeke national park during an anti-poaching control mission. He was found in possession of 45 steel cables, 02 machetes, 04 pieces of Giant pangolins, 08 thighs of Peter's and Harvey's duiker and 02 thighs of Blue duiker. During interrogation, he pleaded guilty to the facts and admitted committing the offence as reproached. At the close of interrogations, he was transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
