Abstract
Elements of the Forestry and Wildlife control post of Mindourou organized an anti-poaching patrol in the locality of Mindourou. During this patrol, the accused Angon Clotaire was arrested in the Forestry Management Unit N°10047B of the company Pallisco in possession of 07 wholly killed antelopes, 01 bush pig, and a locally fabricated hunting gun and 08 ammunitions without authorization. He was arrested in zone prohibited from hunting. During interrogations, he acknowledged committing the offences as charged.
