Abstract

Elements of the conservation service of the Divisional Delegation of Boumba and Ngoko organized an anti-poaching patrol mission in the Lobeke National park, Moloundou sector. During this mission, the accused MBIENDE Giscard was arrested with protected animal species. He was asked to produce legal documents authorizing the illegal possession of these animal trophies to which he could not. He possessed a Central African identification card and had no Cameroonian residence permit. During interrogations, he pleaded guilty and acknowledged committing the offences as reproached. At the close of interrogations, he was transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
