Abstract
Elements of the gendarmerie post of Bali arrested the accused MBOUTOU Albert during an anti-poaching operation. He was arrested in possession of a hunting gun & ammunitions in a protected area. He failed to provide legal justification authorizing his presence in the protected zone and possession of the arm & ammunitions. During interrogations, he pleaded guilty as charged. At the close of interrogations, he was transmitted together with the seized items before the State Attorney for prosecution.
