Abstract

The accused METSEL Hyppolyte was arrested in the locality of Bonando, in a prohibited hunting zone by elements of the conservation service. He was found with 03 Tortoises, 04 smoked Zambian rats and smoked Porcupines. During interrogations, he acknowledged committing the offence as charged and pleaded guilty. At the close of interrogations, he was transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
