Abstract
MGBAKO Jean Paul a Central African was arrested by elements of the conservation service without a visa or passport. He was arrested for hunting with a firearm which he had no authorization. At the moment of his arrest, he was in possession of duiker carcass, a protected animal species of class ”C”. During interrogations, he acknowledged committing the offences as charged and pleaded guilty. At the close of interrogations, he was transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
