Abstract

NDJOYA Felix, BIAKAN Bertrand, BALOKA Greffi got into the park of Boumba in Salapoumbe with an AK47 and ammunitions to carry out hunting. During this activity, one of the elephants shot by the accused Biakan charged towards him seriously wounding the latter. Before dying, he urged the co-offenders to throw away his body and the arm into the river to make it look it like drowning. Gripped by fear, the co-offenders NDJOUYA and BALOKA went to the village to alert the villagers about the event. They were transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
