Abstract

Elements of the conservation service of Campo Ma'an national park arrested NKAN ZADI Paul in the said park in possession of four (4) Bay duikers, a porcupine, 50 steel cables and a machete. Upon his arrest, he failed to present legal authorisation to carry out this activity as well as his National Identity Card to the elements of the conservation service. During interrogations, he acknowledged committing the offence as charged and pleaded guilty. At the close of interrogations, he was transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
