Abstract
On the 8 September 1994, the accused Nnanga Amougou Marie was arrested in Djoum by forces of law and order while carrying out a patrol in the area. She was arrested in illegal possession of 39 legs of freshly smoked bushmeat without any certificate of origin authorizing the said act. At the close of interrogations, she was transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
