Abstract
On the night of 23rd March 2009, OYIE BAHNA Salomon was caught red-handed in DJENABO (a locality situated on the Djoum-Mintom road) by the South Antenna of the Dja conservation service agents. He was in possession of twelve (12) Gorillas parts, six (6) Mandrillus part and nine (9) Water Chevrotain parts. The collection licence he had did not permitted him to collect these totally protected species. He pleaded guilty and alleged that he didn’t know the limits of the collection licence he had.
