Abstract

On the 08 February 2019 in the locality of LIBONGO, the anti-poaching brigade arrested the accused RABI INDE Navelle in possession of 164 Caliber-12 ammunitions. She was about to sell these ammunitions to certain poachers in the said locality. During interrogations, she stated who supplied these ammunitions for her to sell. She further acknowledged committing the offence as charged and pleaded guilty. At the close of interrogations, she was transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution
