Abstract
The accused MPATOUTOU Jean Calvin and SELEMA Bienvenu were arrested in the locality of Bonando, in a zone prohibited from hunting by elements of the conservation service in illegal possession of 01 hunting gun and ammunition. During interrogations, they acknowledged committing the offence as charged and pleaded guilty. At the close of interrogations, they were transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
