Abstract
The accused SANGONO Ramses Corneille was arrested in the locality of Bonando, in a zone prohibited from hunting by elements of the conservation service with 03 live tortoises. During interrogations, he acknowledged committing the offence as charged and pleaded guilty. At the close of interrogations, he was transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
