Abstract
During a patrol in the locality of Libongo, particularly in the area designated as the red zone, BIM soldiers arrested two Central Africans in possession of Peter’s and Harvey’s Duikers. After all military summons, they opposed resistance and one of them was shot dead. The offender who remained alive led the military team to an encampment where another Central African was arrested in possession of a Peter’s and Harvey’s Duikers. Upon their arrest, these Central African nationals did not have visa or passport. During interrogations, they acknowledged committing the offences as charged and pleaded guilty. At the close of interrogations, they were transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
