Abstract
On the 18 April 2013, without any legal authorisation LASSIDAN Emmanuel was circulating in a protected area situated in Bali locality, when he was arrested by elements of the conservation service. Upon his arrest, he gave no legal explanation for his presence in this zone prohibited from hunting. During interrogations, he acknowledged committing the offence as charged and pleaded guilty. At the close of interrogations, he was transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
