Abstract

On the 19 July 2014 at 3 p.m, during a routine patrol check by eco-guards of the Campo Ma'an national park, the accused NSI VIVIANE CAROLE was arrested while circulating in the said park . Upon her arrest, she did not have any legal authorisation and failed to present her National Identity Card to the elements of the conservation service of Campo Ma'an national park. During interrogations, she acknowledged committing the offence as charged and pleaded guilty. At the close of interrogations, she was transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
