Abstract
In December 2015, Ekaya Rufin was about to leave Ndoki I to Brazzaville when ha was arrested by rangers. He then admitted that he was in possession of one war weapon hidden in the forest with the complicity of local populations.

Ekaya Rufin was sentenced to one year imprisonment and to pay fines of XAF 100,000 (one hundred thousand) each and to pay court fees. The imprisonment term was suspended. Imprisonment in default of payment was fixed to its minimum. No damage because the State of Congo did not file a civil claim.
