Abstract
From August to October 2016, the defendant Jinwei W. was employed several times by Mingzhong Z.(separate case) to process the ivory into bracelet products, earning a processing fee of RMB 37,200. After the processing, Mingzhong Z. handed over the ivory bracelet to Zhiyong Z. and Guocai Z. (all handled separately) for sale. On October 28, 2016, the Xianyou County Public Security Bureau seized 83 ivory bracelet products from Zhiyong Z. and Guocai Z. Jinwei W. confessed to have been employed several times for profit to process ivory products, with knowing that it is illegal to engage in ivory activities.
