Abstract
During the period from November 2 to November 12, 2014, the defendants Hongwei C., Lidong S. and Tiezhuang L. have successively been at the 8 km of the 1-0 main line, 13 km of the 1-5 line and 13 km of the 1-2 line of the Amur Forestry Bureau, catching 11 rabbits (Mountain hare (Lepus timidus)), which were seized by public security organs. Hongwei C., Lidong S. and Tiezhuang L. confessed to having illegally hunted endangered wildlife species.
