Abstract
On the evening of December 30, 2015, the defendant Haiting M. drove the van with the defendant Zhongxiong L. to the Gonggu village of Yanglinwei Town, Xiantao City, and illegally hunted wild birds with slingshots, steel balls, and lighting lamps. At 11 o'clock that night, the police from the Yanglinwei Shuilu Police Station of the Xiantao City Public Security Bureau arrested Zhongxiong L., Haiting M. on the spot, and seized 51 dead wild birds, 3 slingshots, 2 steel balls and 2 lights. Zhongxiong L., Haiting M. confessed to having illegally hunted wild birds during closed season.
