Abstract
On April 14, 2017, Xiaoli M. contacted foreign personnel named Baicunlin in Egypt to buy ivory products, and paid RMB 54,000 to Baicunlin on the 25th of the same month. On May 28, 2017, Xiaoli M. was arrested on the spot when receiving the international parcel with the order number CP700164140EG at the Bayi Road Post Branch of Xining City. From the parcel, a package of suspected ivory products sent from Egypt was seized, whose weight was 2.510 kg. Xiaoli M. voluntarily confessed that on May 20, 2017, she received a package of suspected ivory products with the serial number CP700178585EG from the Egyptian State, and the weight was 2.050 kg. Xiaoli M. confessed to having smuggled ivory products.
