Abstract

In 2014, Li Mou contacted to acquire Gold Python from Ma Mou and informed Zhang Wenjiang of the news. Zhang Wenjiang bought 11 snakes from Ma somewhere for 20,600 yuan and negotiated a sale. In June, Zhang Wenjiang was sold to Zhang Mou and Lu Mou and shipped to Zhang Moujia. On September 9, 2014, the public security organ extracted 11 photos of snakes from Li's mobile phone. On November 12, he detained 2 snakes from Zhang Mou, and on November 13 he detained Zhang Wenjiang from unsold One snake involved in the case. On March 26, 2015, one snake was detained from a Zhang mou’s friend Ming Mou. Wenjiang Z. confessed to having illegally purchased, transported and sold rare and endangered wild animals.
