Abstract
At 15 o'clock on November 22, 2013, Li Qiang and Liu Mou driving a small off-road passenger car with license plate number Gan M ××××× arrived in Qinzhou, Guangxi from Jiangxi via Hunan and met with appellant Wu Peng. Wu Peng took Li Qiang and Liu to the Changrong Xincheng Community in Qinzhou City, and then loaded six ivories from his father-in-law's rented house into the car and returned to Nanchang, Jiangxi together. At about 23:00 on the same day, Wu Peng drove the vehicle to the Phoenix Service Area of Quanzhou Section and was found by the public security organ.
